How it Works
At your scheduled appointment time, Dr. Driehuys will arrive at your home with her assistant(s) and the equipment and supplies necessary for your pet. Dr. Driehuys will ask questions to understand your pet’s personality, behavior, nutrition, activity, and health concerns. This initial interview provides time for your pet to become acclimated to Dr. Driehuys and allows her to observe your pet in its home environment. Your pet will then have a complete physical examination. Findings are recorded in a medical record which will be kept electronically using state-of-the-art veterinary software. Finally, we will discuss recommended diagnostics, vaccinations, medications, or preventive care and develop a comprehensive plan. After the visit, we will provide educational material and an invoice.
